IFG assisted the Lake Erie Crushers, an independent professional in the development of the Mercy Health Stadium, located at the intersection of I-90 and Route 611 in Avon, OH.  Financed and owned by the City of Avon, the ballpark is also the host to numerous local high school, college and amateur tournaments, concerts, fairs and outdoor events.

The $12 million open air ballpark includes 5,000 seats, featuring 2,600 box seats, 11 private suites, terrace and berm seating areas and landscaped picnic and patio gardens for family and group gatherings.

IFG represented the Lake Erie Crushers in overseeing the design and construction of the ballpark and by assisting the team with the procurement of various specialized systems,  FF&E, operating equipment and with the selection of the concessionaire.

Designed by Osport-Osborn Sports and Recreation Architecture and constructed by Infinity Group the new ballpark opened in June 2009.  The facility was designed and built in 11 months.
