Additionally, the company has unique knowledge of facility operations and NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB and MLS team and league operations. IFG personnel have been intimately involved with the operations of Guaranteed Rate Field and the United Center in Chicago since it opened in 1994 and has managed facilities for municipal clients. These resources can and will be called on as needed.  Having personnel that have operated professional and minor league sports facilities brings a unique perspective and resource to benefit to development projects.  There is no substitution for actual operational experience.
