IFG FNB.jpg

IFG served as the Owner’s Representative for the City of Harrisburg during the development of the FNB Field which is located on City Island, a 62-acre island surrounded by the Susquehanna River. The ballpark serves as the home of the Harrisburg Senators, AA minor league affiliate of the Washington Nationals.  The redevelopment of the ballpark was completed in two phases over 2008-2010 which enabled Senators to continue play during 2008 and 2009 seasons.  The $45 million project included approximately 6,500 seats, 24 suites, Kids’ Zone, boardwalk areas, new scoreboard and improved concessions, merchandising and toilet facilities.

IFG responsibilities included program development, project team selection, design administration, operations reviews, construction oversight, FF&E procurement, and building commissioning.  The ballpark was operated by the team owner, Michael Reinsdorf, IFG Managing Member.

Designed by 360 Architecture and constructed by Quandel Group, Inc., the ballpark redevelopment was completed in April 2010.
