CAMELBACK RANCH STADIUM & SPRING TRAINING - GLENDALE, ARIZONA

IFG Camelback.png

The City of Glendale hired IFG to complete needs‐assessments and preliminary engineering related to the infrastructure requirements of the spring training complex. IFG managed this process, by producing cost estimates, feasibility studies and constructability reviews of the utilities, stormwater, power and road infrastructure.  IFG elected not to pursue the Owner’s Representation role for the overall project due to a relationship between one of IFG’s principals and the ownership group of the White Sox.

The new Camelback Ranch Spring Training complex in Glendale, Arizona is home to the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers. It features a 10,000 seat ballpark with 13 suites, and many of the finest amenities in the Cactus League.  Terry Savarise was responsible for the overall project management including design review, construction oversight, operational planning and commissioning of the ballpark.
