Built as the second phase of the AT&T Corporate Center, Mark Appell was responsible for the completion of the base building construction and coordination of the build-out of the anchor tenants.  The 35 story 1,100,000 sf office tower is part of Chicago’s most prestigious and desirable office development serving as the headquarters for the USG Corporation, William Blair Company and AT Kearney. 

 

Designed by SOM and constructed by Morse Diesel, this Stein & Company development was completed ahead of schedule in June 1992 and below its $110 million construction budget.
