In the Spring of 2004 IFG was engaged by the Washington Redskins to conduct a facility and operations assessment of FedEx Field (formerly the Jack Kent Cooke Stadium) which was built in 1997. 

 

IFG evaluated the stadium’s infrastructure, operations, technologies and revenue generation, and developed a comparison to other NFL stadiums and professional sports and entertainment facilities.  Based upon this analysis, IFG recommended initiatives to improve operating efficiencies.
