PETCO PARK - SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA

Petco Park is the new home of the Padres, located near downtown San Diego.  The open-air ballpark includes 42,000 seats, 58 Suites, 5,000 Club seats, restaurant, natural grass playing field, Hall of Fame with a 250 seat auditorium, Kids Entertainment Zone and a large grass seating area in center field.

IFG served as the financial lender’s construction representative providing detailed reviews of project documentation and program requirements to identify and minimize the lender’s financial risk in the project.

Designed by Antoine Predock and HOK Sport and constructed by Clark Construction Group, the $450 million project opened in April 2004.
