IFG’s responsibilities included providing the Yankees with detailed design reviews for operational functionality, facilities services planning including the selection of a CMSS system, review and analysis of warranties/service agreements and process, procurement of specialized FF&E items and services including development and analysis of the RFP process for the utilities and housekeeping services, implementation of the workforce management system, assisting with training and authoring of employee handbooks, grand opening tasks and checklists and onsite assistance with opening the ballpark.

Designed by Populous and constructed by Turner, the ballpark opened in April 2009.
