MILLER PARK - MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN

IFG served as development consultant to the Milwaukee Brewers and Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District for their landmark stadium.  The facility includes 42,500 seats, 74 private suites, 3,500 club seats, a stadium club, a microbrewery with field seating and 15,000 parking spaces. 

IFG provided project management services, including site selection analysis, program and design review, and construction consulting, and setting up stadium operations.

Designed by NBBJ and HKS Architects and constructed by Huber, Hunt & Nichols and Clark Construction, the $329 million ballpark opened in April 2001.
