THE SAVE MART CENTER AT FRESNO STATE - FRESNO, CALIFORNIA

IFG served as the construction monitor, project manager and lender’s representative for The Save Mart Center at Fresno State.  The multi-use indoor event center and arena was constructed to host Fresno State intercollegiate athletic events, the ECHL Fresno Falcons hockey team and many other sporting events, concerts and shows.  The 450,000 square foot facility includes 16,000 seats, 40 suites and a separate club level. 

IFG represented the interests of the Owner and Lender for the project, and oversaw the work of the architect and general contractor. 

Designed by Sink-Combs-Dethlefs and constructed by the Clark Construction Group, the arena opened in October 2003.
