IFG assisted the Palace of Auburn Hills and the Detroit Pistons with a multi-phase renovation program. The renovation included upgrades to the suites, clubs, concourses, upgraded concourse lighting design and a new sponsorship/advertising program.  The overall project budget was approximately $45 million.  IFG coordinated the efforts of the designer, construction teams and major vendors.  The extensive upgrades include lifecycle improvements, new revenue growth planning, major maintenance projects and replacement of outdated systems and components.  

 

Designed by Rossetti Architects and constructed by Frank Rewold Construction, the project commenced in July and was completed in November 2012.
