BON SECOURS WELLNESS ARENA - GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA

IFG Bon Secours.png

IFG served as Owner’s Representative for this $68 million multi-purpose arena which was built to replace Greenville's well-known but outdated and underutilized Greenville Memorial Auditorium. This project was the very first client IFG undertook as an owner’s representative; the firm worked closely with the City, County and the private development interests that financed the facility.

The 16,000-seat arena included 30 private suites, 2 party suites, 650 club seats and a private club. As a concert venue, it can seat between 11,000 and 16,000 spectators, depending on the positioning of the stage.

When completed, the Center was the largest arena in the state of South Carolina, a distinction it held until 2002 and continues to regularly hosts a wide variety of events such as professional sports, wrestling, monster truck rallies, motocross racing, professional ice skating and concerts spanning many different musical genres.

The facility which was designed by Odell Associates and constructed by Flour Daniel opened in September 1998.
