Great American Ball Park

Great American Ball Park | Cincinnati, OH

IFG Role:

IFG served as the owner's representative to the Cincinnati Reds for their new ballpark.

Since the Reds were responsible for all costs that exceeded the $280 million budget, IFG's primary responsibility was to effectively manage this exposure.  IFG was retained at the completion of the Design Development phase to assist the County with the development and execution of the design and construction agreements, oversee the completion of construction documents, administer construction activities, and coordinate the direct purchase of food service equipment, playing field and video board on behalf of the Reds, who added enhancements to the project's original scope.
