IFG Role:

IFG acted as the owner's representative to the City of Indianapolis, the project owner.  IFG facilitated owner's meetings and coordinated the efforts of the contractor and architect.

A fully themed basketball facility with a retro design incorporates all the history and romance of basketball's roots.  Located in Indianapolis' historic wholesale district, the arena's brick exterior and civic arched roof integrates smoothly into the surroundings.

The arena accommodates 18,500 seats for basketball, including 2,600 club level seats and 69 private suites on two levels.  A stadium club restaurant, practice facility, television broadcast/production studio, team store and themed restaurant are some of the outstanding features of the project.
