IFG personnel served as the lender's construction representative providing detailed reviews of project documentation and program requirements to identify and minimize the lender's financial risk in the project.

Description: The Moda Center, a 21,500-seat arena, was constructed as part of a mixed-use urban entertainment complex, the Rose Quarter. This $262 million master planned development includes, the Moda Center, renovation of the 12,000-seat Memorial Coliseum, an attached parking garage for 1,100 cars, two additional 550-car parking garages, a 90,000 sf public plaza, expansion of the adjacent light rail transit station, a 65,000 sf office/entertainment building.
