IFG personnel served in the capacity of Owner's Representative and Development Manager for the United Center.
IFG personnel were involved in many aspects of planning, design, construction, and opening of the new arena. This included evaluation of various existing arenas; completion of a feasibility analysis; site planning; financing (private); lobbying for state legislation; land acquisition; resident relocation; facility design; contract negotiations, including construction contracts, team leases, concession and catering contracts, suite leases; construction administration; establishment of operating staffs and procedures; and continuing operations.
