Phil Couture - Managing Member

During his 30-year career in construction management, Phil Couture has been involved in a range of project types, from office to industrial, high-tech, special-use and sports facilities. As project executive on IFG assignments, Phil ensures compliance with program requirements, budget, schedule and quality parameters.

Office and Special-Use Projects    

Prior to joining IFG, Phil was a vice president with the prominent real estate development firm Stein & Company (now a part of Mesirow Financial), where, among other responsibilities, he oversaw numerous program management projects, including the build-out of high-end tenant spaces in Chicago's 60-story AT&T Corporate Center and the United Center. Previously, he was a Construction Project Manager with Morse Diesel (now AMEC).

Phil's corporate services experience also includes overseeing design development, initial procurement and build-out for the Chicago Transit Authority headquarters and construction for Zenith Data Systems' suburban Chicago headquarters.
