I Steven Edelson - Managing Member A co-founder of IFG, Steven Edelson is involved in all aspects of project development, including master planning; financing; architect, contractor, and consultant coordination; facility operations and management; and tenant/team lease negotiations. He also oversees development, financing and contractual negotiations for IFG projects. Private and Public-Sector Projects With real estate experience dating back more than 20 years, Steven has completed transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to forming IFG, he was Executive Vice President of Tishman Midwest Management Corp. completing Chicago's first privatization of a management contract for a public facility; winning the bid to provide facility management services to the 750,000-square foot Harold Washington Library; and providing third-party management services for the 1.3-million-square-foot International Terminal at O'Hare International Airport. Earlier, as a Principal of Mercantile Capital Group, he was active in private equity placements, mezzanine investments, buyouts, project finance and bridge financings.
